1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kaura AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kaura AI is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that allows users to create, manage, and run automated workflows connecting third-party applications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) send spam or unsolicited communications; (c) scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.

5. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier.

7. Intellectual Property

Kaura AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kaura AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your workflows and data remain your property.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party applications (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Notion). Your use of those integrations is subject to the terms of service of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for the actions or data practices of third-party services.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard safeguards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaura AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
